“Baking” Bed Bugs
Our treatment of choice for bed bugs is heat. heat. Intense heat will kill both adult bed bugs and their eggs, making it more effective then most insecticide options. These treatments are also eco-friendly and very safe for both people and pests. During the treatment, residents are asked to very temporarily vacate the home as it is heated to at least 115°F (46°C) or higher. This temperature is then maintained for roughly 20 minutes in order to allow enough time for the bugs to expire from the heat.
