Formosan Termite

Example of Formosan Termite

Formosan Termites are the most destructive species of subterranean termites in the U.S. They can be distinguished from other termite species as they are slightly larger in size and have yellowish brown bodies. Formosan Termite colonies are usually larger than other subterranean colonies, with up to hundreds of thousands of members. Their sheer numbers are why they cause such severe damage.

These termites cause billions of dollars in destruction each year. Infestations can go undetected for years as they hide under floors and inside walls, causing expensive damage to your residence. This is definitely a job for trained professionals who have experience in finding and eradicating termite problems.
