House Mice 101
Depending on the location you live in, house mice can come in many different shapes and sizes. They range from light brown to gray with hair covering their entire body. House mice are small in size ranging from 7.5 cm to 10 cm. These pests enter homes most times during winter months, looking for a place to nest, food and water sources. They will eat anything in your kitchen from food crumbs to a bag of chips. They can chew through bags and boxes so you want to make sure to put food away in containers if possible. These creatures are extremely filthy animals, as they usually come from the outside traveling through drainage pipes and trash cans. When they make their way indoors, they will try their best to stay out of harms way. They are quick on their feet and will usually nest in hard to reach areas that have low traffic.
