Pool Maintenance is a Must

Mosquito infestations happen a lot when you have a pool that isn’t maintained properly. Swimming pools have water treatment plans that can keep insects like mosquitoes away. When properly treated, the water is toxic for the insects. Make sure that you keep optimal levels of water in your pool, have it cleaned regularly, and check on the water filters regularly. When the water is in constant circulation, there are less chances of mosquitoes making a home in there.

If you have a pool on your property that you do not use regularly, simply clear out all the water in the pool so that you don’t leave any water standing for the mosquitoes. This will also make it easier for you since you don’t need to keep up with the maintenance.
